St Dunstan in the East was originally built in 1100 - throughout the next 500-600 years the church saw extensive and multiple rebuilds and redesigns to better serve its parish and community; however, major parts of the church were destroyed during World War II and all that remains are ruins of what the church once was. Now, the walls encompass a beautiful garden and outdoor space for those who want to sit and collect their thoughts on a lovely spring or summer day.
